HURTNPOET, LLC is a unique and creative professional writing and business consultation online-based company out of Burlington, NC.  Originally from Virginia, Aleasia currently resides in Burlington, NC.

Immediately after high school, Aleasia Hurt enrolled in Ferrum College, Ferrum, Virginia.  Because of an innate ability to comfort others, she pursued a degree in Social Work, while also dabbling in curriculums associated with creative writing, English literature, and business economics.  Aleasia attended Ferrum College for four (4) years and graduated with Honors with a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work and Sociology. 

For as long as I can remember, I was spending my free time writing.  I was writing poetry, short stories, or just scribbling personal thoughts.  It didn’t take long to realize that writing was my favorite pass time.  More so, I realized that writing was the sacred place for me to create, fantasize, and escape.

The talent and passion that I possessed for putting pen to paper became tenaciously overwhelming.  I needed more.  I decided to revolve the passion into reality.  In 2005, HURTNPOET, LLC was created.  HNP, LLC was designed to provide unique services to paying customers; to not only represent with integrity, but also empower and enhance their overall presence as a professional or entrepreneur.
